Established in 1969, R.F. Binnie & Associates Ltd. provides engineering, project management and surveying services to all levels of government and the private sector in British Columbia.

We operate as one company with several offices located throughout British Columbia, bringing our staff closer to our clients and their projects. The company is wholly owned and managed by a group of active senior staff.
Our Approach
Each project at Binnie is assigned a senior project manager who has access to resources and expertise from our staff of over 75 professional engineers, technologists and technical support staff. We assemble teams that best meet each client's project and scheduling needs.
Our services extend from project initiation and scope development, through feasibility and budgeting, onto detailed design, specification preparation, procurement, contract administration, construction inspection and project commissioning. We can also provide overall Project Management for our clients including scheduling, cost controls and quality management.
Our team combines proven technical competence with considerable background experience to provide professional, innovative and cost-effective solutions for our clients.
