Binnie Expands Civil Engineering Reach with New Office in Prince George

September 2011: Prince George, BC – June 1st marked opening day for Binnie’s new Prince George Office and the first day for Manager of the newly formed Northern Division, Gordon Wagner, P.Eng.

A long-time resident of Northern BC, Mr. Wagner was employed by the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure from 1977 until May of 2011. As the Regional Manager of Engineering at the time of his departure, he was responsible for engineering services on all Highway and Bridge Projects in the Ministry’s Northern Region. His knowledge of the project area, experience delivering projects, and understanding of Highway standards and expectations will be a valuable asset to the company and significant resource for clients.

Known as BC’s northern capital, Prince George is the largest city in Northern BC, with a population of approximately 70,000. The city is a service centre for the North, a hub for business, and gateway to the growing economy of the region.
