Binnie Joins Intelligent Transportation Systems Society of Canada
July 25, 2011: Binnie is now a member of ITS Canada, a professional non-profit society generally recognized as the most knowledgeable source of information on intelligent transportation systems in Canada.
Consisting of consultants, municipal, provincial and federal government agencies, the mission of ITS Canada is to lead the promotion and advancement of intelligent transportation systems and services to benefit Canadians. 
Scott Campbell, P.Eng., PMP and Jonathan Ho, P.Eng., PTOE attended the recent ITS Canada Annual Conference held in Vancouver, where they mingled with approximately 300 attendees from 11 countries. More details on ITS Canada and the event can be found on their website.
Binnie has provided project management and civil engineering services on several projects in the Greater Vancouver area that have an ITS component, including the Highway 99 Bus Lane, Bridgeport Station Transit Exchange, Hwy 99 Peace Arch Border Improvements, and the Port Mann Highway 1 projects.
