The Greater Vancouver Regional District contracted Binnie to provide quality assurance for the construction program of the east abutment repair work undertaken on the Cleveland Dam in North Vancouver. Binnie worked alongside Klohn Crippen and Pacific Liacon to provide quantitative analyses of the fill placement and quality review to assure work performed by Peter Kiewit was within the tolerances of the contract specifications.
