Rockcliffe Townhouses

Overview
This development of 35 townhomes was constructed just below the Edenshaw site in the Caulfeild Plateau area of West Vancouver. Binnie was hired as the civil consultant to design the roads, storm and sanitary sewers, and watermains to service the project.

The goal was to nestle the homes amongst the rock and retain the character of the site while giving the residents access to the views of the water. The result of the extensive effort spent on the grading for this project is evident in the successful outcome of the site.
