Traffic Impact Studies
A Traffic Impact Study is generally prompted by a proposed development that may be residential, commercial, industrial, or a combination in nature.   The study provides a review of existing traffic operations of the impacted zone/intersections and recommendations to improve or maintain an acceptable level of service of the road network upon the proposed development.
