21 lot Subdivision on Tantalus Road Extension

The 21 lot subdivision, on a 14.2 hectare site, included the extension of Tantalus Road and construction of the new North Road, along with the service infrastructure for development of 18 single-family homes, one commercial lot, one emergency route, and an agricultural and stormwater management lot.

Binnie provided survey, detailed design, stormwater management report, and liaison with Ministry of Transportation.The off-site servicing consisted of 550 metres of new road on Tantalus Road and 150 metres of new road on North Road, complete with barrier type concrete curb and gutter and concrete sidewalk.  The design was for 520 metres of storm sewer, 550 metres of sanitary sewer, and 770 metres of watermain.
