Binnie provided detailed design for the on-site services for storm drainage, sanitary sewerage and water supply, as well as grading design of the The National Institute of Disability Management and Research (NIDMAR) building of the Pacific Coast University of Workplace Health Sciences (PCUWHS) on 1.46 hectare on Lot B EPP3853 (4755 Cherry Creek Road). 

Binnie's on-site stormwater management included Best Management Practices such as bio-filtration swales and a rainwater detention pond, with the off-site design of watermain looping and the extension of Cherry Creek Road access road. Binnie also prepared a drainage review, calculations and design to meet the City and LEED requirements for SSc5.1, SSc6.1 and SSc6.2.
