Binnie's Project Services Division provided Project Management Services for various Paving Rehabilitation, Roadworks, and Bridge-Resurfacing/Replacement Projects througout Region 1 in BC.
Projects included:

- Highway 1: Laidlaw and Hunter Creek – Project 12225
- Lake of the Woods – Project 12236
- Squamish Valley Road – Project 12226
- LMD Side Road Resurfacing – Project 12227
- Roberston River Bridge – Project 16370
- Little Fork Bridge – Product 16371
- Gulf Island Paving – Product 16373
- Crescent Slough Culvert Replacement – Product 12308
Theses assignment were "As and When Required", with projects varying in scope and scale.
Binnie provided Project Management during the entire project life cycle from project , from development through to construction and substantial completion; Reporting on project scope, schedule, and budget using the Ministry CPS system; and attendance at monthly EMR and Capital Monitoring Meeting meetings. Projects involved managing multi-disciplined teams, made up of Ministry Staff, Consultants, and outside Stakeholders. Our team has the ability to fully Manage Ministry Projects and is currently using programs such as CPS, PES, and the PM Unified Filing System.
Binnie won a Finalist award at the BC MoT Deputy Ministers Awards for 2010 for Project Management.
