South Surrey Park & Ride - Design & Construction

A new Park n’ Ride at King George Highway and Highway 99 was developed to meet the increased transit demands in the area.  The project included paving and drainage works along King George Highway.  The South Surrey Park n’ Ride had schedule constraints and was completed ahead of schedule thanks to excellent team work between Binnie, Translink and the Contractor.

Binnie's responsibilities included: Project Management, Conceptual Design, Detailed Design, Contract Preparation, Contract Administration and Full Time Inspection for the entire project.  Project responsibilities also included co-ordination of work with Translink, City of Surrey and the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure.  Binnie managed a team of Sub-Couslutants and Designers to complete the project.
