Surrey Grade Separations for Roberts Bank Rail Corridor Program

Binnie, in association with Trillium Business Strategies (Doug Hibbins), was retained by the City of Surrey to provide Project Management and Owner’s Engineer services for the design-build delivery of  four grade separation projects as part of the Roberts Bank Rail Corridor Program. 

The projects have a total budget of $167 million, and must be completed by March 2014.  Terry Walton is the Owner’s Engineer for this assignment, and Scott Campbell is the Project Engineer.  The project requires extensive coordination and liaison with multiple funding partners and stakeholders.

Binnie served as the Project Manager and Owner’s Engineer for services in the design-build delivery of four grade separation projects as part of the Roberts Bank Rail Corridor Program.  Responsibilities include Managing and Monitoring Project Scope, Scheduling and Budgeting.
