Binnie Projects


The City of Richmond, in partnership with TransLink and YVR, retained Binnie to carry out a Functional Design and Traffic Operational Analysis of a northbound HOV/HPV/Transit lane on Russ Baker Way from the No. 2 Road Bridge to the Arthur Laing Bridge approach.

A new bus loop at Capilano University was  required to provide better transit service for the students and staff.  A very confined site was provisioned for the bus loop, and construction was fast tracked in order to meet the demands of a tight schedule.
