Binnie is a fully-qualified transportation infrastructure consultant and is well experienced in providing a broad spectrum of transportation engineering services including: project management, planning, design, construction, design-build and owner’s engineer.

Many of Binnie’s Project Team members joined Binnie following distinguished careers with the BC MoT and have extensive BC MoT experience.  They are thoroughly familiar with Ministry standards, processes, and expectations, and of the relevant highway engineering design guides. 

Binnie’s Project Team members have extensive project management, survey, highway design and traffic engineering experience and our sub-consultants bring a wealth of experience in geotechnical, bridge and environmental engineering.

• Completing preliminary, functional and detailed design assignments and reports
• Obtaining technical agreements and approvals from Regional, Provincial and Federal regulatory agencies; consulting with stakeholders
• Conducting Road Safety Audits and Value Analysis/Value Engineering Exercises
• Preparing documents and materials for open house presentations

We have similar in-depth experience in providing Construction Supervision services for highway construction projects.
